A Banality Dreams production in co-production with
Entrè Scenen (Aarhus, DK)

A couch, two microphones, a fridge, three young people. They want to show themselves, they want to communicate, they want to share.

What would happen if the internet, with its spaces for meeting and self-representation such as Myspace, YouTube, Facebook, Youporn, was in search of interpersonal contact as our only orientation? What would happen if we were to transfer its social conditions, which puts no limits to own self-invention and self-staging, into physical three-dimensional space?

In their piece The Spontaneous Sculpture of the Poo Banality Dreams take the audience on an uconditional safari through the social values and forms of communication of the 21st century.

The Spontaneous Sculpture of the Poo has been given the Jury Award of the 100° Festival, Berlin
2009.
